What a WhatsApp message actually costs

Meta sets the underlying price per delivered message, and it varies by the recipient’s country and category — marketing, utility, authentication, or service. Each WhatsApp number gets 1,000 free service replies a month. dialogplus.ai does not change that rate. It adds a flat 10% platform fee on top and shows both amounts as separate lines.

The full formula: platform fee = Meta charge × 10%, and total wallet debit = Meta charge + platform fee. Meta ₹100 + ₹10 = ₹110. Meta ₹1,000 + ₹100 = ₹1,100. A Meta ₹0 service charge costs ₹0, because a percentage of zero is zero.
