What a WhatsApp message actually costs

Meta sets the underlying price per conversation, and it varies by destination country and category — marketing, utility, authentication, or service. dialogplus.ai does not change that rate. It adds a flat 10% platform fee on top and shows both amounts as separate lines.

The full formula: platform fee = Meta charge × 10%, and total wallet debit = Meta charge + platform fee. Meta ₹100 + ₹10 = ₹110. Meta ₹1,000 + ₹100 = ₹1,100. A Meta ₹0 service charge costs ₹0, because a percentage of zero is zero.

Why itemized beats bundled

Many platforms resell WhatsApp messages at a blended per-message rate or as bundled "conversation credits", which makes it impossible to tell what Meta charged from what the vendor kept. Here the wallet preview, the transaction ledger, and the invoice all keep the two apart.

Is the wallet separate from my plan subscription?

Yes. The plan is a monthly subscription for capacity and features; the wallet is prepaid balance that covers message charges. They are billed separately.
