Which plan should you pick?
- Free — trying WhatsApp automation for the first time. 500 chatbot conversations/month for six months, 1 user, 1 number, 512 MB storage, no credit card. No platform AI.
- Starter (₹999) — a small team past the trial that needs steady automation and campaign capacity.
- Pro (₹1,999) — 6,000 chatbot conversations, 4 users, 1 WhatsApp number, 10 GB storage. The right pick when volume is the constraint but you do not need AI yet.
- Growth (₹3,999) — the first plan with platform AI. Choose it when you want the AI agent answering customers from your own knowledge base.

Plan fees and message costs are separate
Your plan is a monthly subscription for capacity and features. It does not pre-pay for messages. Billable messages draw from a prepaid wallet at Meta’s rate plus a flat 10% platform fee, on every plan including Free.
That separation is deliberate: your plan cost stays fixed and predictable while message spend scales with what you actually send, and both stay independently checkable.
