- What’s included in the free tier?
- 500 chatbot conversations per month, one user, one WhatsApp number, 512 MB of storage, the journey builder, and the shared inbox — with no credit card required to start. Platform AI starts on Growth.
- How long does it take to connect WhatsApp?
- Usually minutes. We use Meta’s embedded signup to link your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and phone number.
- Do you support the official WhatsApp Business API?
- Yes. dialogplus.ai is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) from Meta.
- How does billing work?
- A prepaid wallet covers Meta’s message charges plus the separately itemized flat 10% platform fee. Plans are billed separately for advanced features. Unused wallet balance is refundable.
- Can I use my own AI/LLM keys?
- Yes — the AI agent supports bring-your-own-key configurations alongside the included allowance.
